Pharmacy Weight Loss Darlington is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy clinic operating in Darlington, United Kingdom. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet our clinical or eligibility requirements. Providing false or misleading information during your consultation may result in immediate termination of your account and possible referral to relevant authorities.
All prescription medicines are issued solely at the discretion of our qualified prescribers following a clinical assessment. Completing a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Prescriptions are valid only for the individual named and must not be shared or transferred. You must inform us of any changes to your health, medications, or medical history that may affect your suitability for treatment. We may request GP details or additional medical information before issuing a prescription.
Payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
You will only be charged for items that have been clinically approved and dispensed. If your consultation is unsuccessful and no prescription is issued, any consultation fee charged will be clearly communicated in advance. We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is to UK addresses only.
We use secure, discreet packaging for all orders. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect delivery addresses, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.
You may cancel your order before it has been dispensed by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on prescription medicines in accordance with UK law and GPhC guidance.
If your order has not yet been processed, a full refund will be issued. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take up to 5–10 business days to appear in your account. Consultation fees are non-refundable where a clinical assessment has been completed, regardless of the outcome.
We are committed to protecting your personal and medical data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely to provide and improve our services. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
